  1. Roughly chop your chicken thighs into strips. Season well in a bowl with the BBQ Wing Seasoning mix.
  2. Heat a pan over a high heat with a good glug of olive oil. Add your chicken and fry until crispy, brown and cooked through.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, mix the honey with the FRANK'S RedHot®, add as much as you can handle, and microwave on low heat for 30 seconds.
  4. Gently warm the almond butter in the microwave.
  5. Once your chicken is cooked, assemble your salad and dress with your almond butter and FRANK'S RedHot® Honey.
  6. Sprinkle some sea salt and ENJOY!!
