ASIAN SLIDERS WITH GINGER SLAW

1 lb. pork tenderloin
1 cup FRANK'SĀ® RedHot Sweet ChiliĀ® Sauce
3 cups slaw mix
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (15 oz.) pkg. slider buns, split and toasted (about 12)DIRECTIONS:
BAKE pork at 425Ā°F in roasting pan about 45 min. until no longer pink in center. Cool 10 min.
CUT pork into chunks. Shred chunks into bite-size pieces. Place in small saucepan with Sweet Chili Sauce; heat through.
COMBINE slaw mix, ginger, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt to taste.
SPOON about 1/4 cup pork mixture and 1/4 cup slaw on bottom of each slider roll. Cover with top half of roll. Serve warm.
Tip: Substitute 3 cups shredded cooked chicken or turkey for the pork.
Alternate grill method: grill pork over medium-high heat 30 min. or until well-browned and no longer pink in center (160°F internal temperature). Let rest 10 min.
