INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wing pieces (1.25 kg)

3/4 cup any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Wings Sauce (175 mL)

DIRECTIONS:

BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 500 °F (260°C) on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.

TOSS wings in sauce to coat.

TIPS:

Tip: You may substitute 1/2 cup (125 mL) FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce mixed with 1/3 cup (75 mL) melted butter for the Wings Sauce.

Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 min.

Broil 6-inches from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once.

Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.

I only use franks! This recipe is so good, but I only use red hot original. 1/2 cup franks original and 1/3 cup butter. Better than the pre-mixed wing sauce!

This is a great recipe! If you want your wings to brown, use parchment paper! It works great!

I've used this recipe before with the 1/3 cup butter and it's always good. I just finished making them and eating them and this time I added a spoon full of minced garlic. The family loved them!
