BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS & TENDERS

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wing pieces
3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
DIRECTIONS:Bake wings in foil-lined pan at 500 °F on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 minutes until crispy, turning once.
Toss wings in sauce to coat. Serve with blue cheese dressing if desired.
Tips: Substitute 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce and 1/3 cup melted butter for the Buffalo Wing Sauce.
Buffalo Chicken Nuggets or Tenders: Prepared chicken nuggets and tenders are also great, just heat and toss in sauce.
Alternate Wing Cooking Directions:<br>Deep fry at 400°F (HIGH) for 10 minutes or until cooked and crispy; drain.<br>Broil 6-inches from heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning once. <br>Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes, turning often.
