BUFFALO SHRIMP NACHOS

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups peeled, cooked medium shrimp

1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce

1 (10 ounce) bag tortilla chips

2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

Garnish: sour cream, diced avocado, sliced red chilies

DIRECTIONS:

TOSS shrimp with Buffalo Wing Sauce.

Layer shrimp mixture with chips and cheese in baking dish or on pizza pan.

BAKE at 350°F for 5 min. until hot and cheese melts. Garnish as desired. Serve with additional Buffalo Wing Sauce.

TIPS:

Variations: Add 1/2 cup of the following to nachos along with shrimp: chopped bell peppers, sliced green onion, sliced black peppers or diced jalapeno peppers.

Tip: Cooked rock or salad shrimp may be substituted. You can also substitute 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
