INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons minced cilantro leaves

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 package (9 ounces) corn kernels

1 can (16 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 large ripe tomato, chopped

2 green onions, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS:

Whisk together oil, Frank's RedHot Sauce, vinegar, cilantro, garlic, chili and salt in large bowl until well blended.

Add corn, beans, tomato and onions. Toss well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
