EASY GRILL IT BUFFALO PIZZAS

2 (12 inch) prebaked pizza crust shells
1 cup pizza sauce or barbecue sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
3 cups cooked, sliced chicken
6 tablespoons FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled
DIRECTIONS:Place each pizza shell on a sheet of heavy duty foil. Spread shells with pizza sauce and sprinkle with celery.
TOSS chicken, Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter in bowl. Arrange on top of pizzas and top with cheeses. Wrap up pizzas securely in foil. Refrigerate.
At the game, open foil covering. Place pizzas on foil over the grill. Grill about 15 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese melts. Cut into wedges to serve.
