1 lb. ground beef

1 cup salsa

1 cup shredded taco blend cheese

1/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Chile 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce

12 (6-inch) corn or flour tortillas, softened

Olive oil cooking spray


COOK beef in large skillet until browned; drain. Stir in salsa, cheese and Frank's RedHot Sauce. Cook and stir about 3 min.

Spoon 1/4 cup filling in center of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half, pressing edges to seal.

HEAT an electric grill pan until hot. Coat with cooking spray. Cook empanadas about 3 min. until lightly browned.
