INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1/2 cup minced onion

1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Award Winning Classic Barbecue Sauce or CATTLEMEN'S® Authentic Smoke House Barbecue Sauce

1/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce

2 tsp. Jerk seasoning

6 (1 inch) thick rib pork chops

DIRECTIONS:

HEAT oil in small saucepan; cook onion until tender. Stir in barbecue sauce, Frank's RedHot Sauce and Jerk seasoning.

SIMMER sauce for 5 min. Reserve 1/2 cup sauce; keep warm.

GRILL chops 20 min. until barely pink near bone, turning and basting with remaining sauce mixture during last 5 min. of cooking. Serve with reserved sauce mixture.

TIPS:

Alternate skillet method: Brown chops in skillet. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over chops and simmer until no longer pink near bone.
