INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wing pieces

3/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Kickin' BBQ Sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Bake wings in foil-lined pan at 500 °F on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.

TOSS wings in sauce to coat.

TIPS:

Sweet Heat Chicken Tenders: Prepared chicken tenders are also great, just heat and toss in sauce. Add extra flavor to take out wings and tenders, just splash with more sauce.

Tip: Substitute any flavor FRANK'S RedHot Wings Sauce.

Alternate Wing Cooking Directions: Deep fry at 375°F (HIGH) for 10 min. or until cooked and crispy; drain. Broil 6-inches from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once. Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.

I have tried baking, deep frying, and broiling the wings. Of these I found that the baking was the better way to fix them. I do use the 1/2 butter to sauce recipe. It isn't so hot and I can eat more wing that way. Make sure to use a wire rack to cook on and oil it well so the wings don't stick.

I love the Kickin' BBQ Sauce. It makes the perfect sauce for wings. It has the right amount of flavor with a little bit of a kick to it.

LOVE the sweet heat wing sauce - adds a nice flavor to the chicken and it's a nice change from regular wing sauce. Not too hot and not too sweet - just right! My favorite by a mile!
