2 (12 inch) prebaked thin pizza crust shells
1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Award Winning Classic Barbecue Sauce
2 ripe plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Kickin' BBQ Sauce or any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheeseDIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 400°F. Place pizza shells on baking sheets. Spread with barbecue sauce and top with tomatoes and onion.
TOSS chicken with Kickin' BBQ Sauce. Arrange chicken on top of pizzas. Sprinkle with cheese.
BAKE pizzas 15 min. until crust is crispy and cheese melts. Garnish with minced parsley, if desired. Cut into wedges to serve.
Variation: Grill pizza over medium-high heat for 15 minutes or until crust is crispy and cheese melts.
