INGREDIENTS:

1/3 lb. whole green olives in oil

3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

4 thick slices 2-day-old country bread, cubed

2 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

1/2 lb. chorizo sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices

2 tsp. parsley, chopped

paprika to tase

DIRECTIONS:

In a pan, heat the oil from the olives and add garlic, cubed bread, and FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce. Cook until bread is golden brown.

Add sliced chorizo and olives and saute for about 2 minutes.

TIPS:

Sprinkle with parsley and paprika and serve as an appetizer.
