INGREDIENTS:

1 package (about 1 pound) refrigerated grand-size flaky buttermilk biscuits

1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup canned sliced mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzeralla cheese

1 tablespoon FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate biscuits; pat into 3-inch circles. Press circles into muffin cups. Fill empty muffin cups halfway with water. Set aside.

Cook beef and vegetables in large nonstick skillet over high heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until meat is browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain fat. Stir in pizza sauce, cheese and FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce; mix well.

Mound filling into muffin cups, dividing evenly. Bake 20 minutes or until muffins are browned. Serve warm or at room temperature.

TIPS:

Tip: you may substitute 1/2 pound Italian sausage (removed from casings) for the ground beef.
