SIZZLING HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN & SHRIMP QUESADILLAS

INGREDIENTS:

12 (6 inch) flour tortillas

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup diced cooked chicken

6 oz. small frozen shrimp, thawed and drained (salad shrimp)

1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce

1 tomato, diced

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

SPRINKLE cheese over 6 tortillas, dividing evenly. Toss chicken and shrimp with Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce. Spoon over cheese layer, and top with tomato and celery.

COVER each layered tortilla with a second tortilla; press down firmly.

COOK quesadillas for 2 to 3 min. on an electric grill pan or barbecue grill until toasted and cheese melts. Cut into wedges.
