INGREDIENTS:

4 lbs. boneless pork loin roast, fat trimmed

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth

1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Zesty BBQ Sauce (recipe follows)

DIRECTIONS:

PLACE pork in bottom of slow cooker.

COMBINE broth, Worcestershire and Frank's RedHot Sauce. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 5 hours (or 10 hours on LOW), until meat is fork tender.

TRANSFER meat to cutting board. Discard liquid. Coarsely chop roast. Stir meat into Zesty BBQ Sauce. Heat through. Serve on large rolls with deli coleslaw, if desired.

TIPS:

Zesty BBQ Sauce: Mix 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup molasses, 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard, 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce and 2 tbsp. FRANK'S RedHot Sauce. Heat in saucepan; reserve.

Great pulled pork recipe! Use it all of the time. Perfect amount of zingy flavor and not too hot!
