SPICY BBQ PULLED CHICKEN SLIDERS

INGREDIENTS:

1 (3 to 4 lb.) store-bought rotisserie chicken

1 cup honey barbecue sauce

1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Ketchup Style Hot Sauce

12 slider buns, split

6 slices cooked bacon, cut in half

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

12 pieces green leaf lettuce

DIRECTIONS:

REMOVE chicken from bones and shred or chop meat; set aside. (Makes 3 cups.)

STIR barbecue sauce and FRANK'S® RedHot® Ketchup Style Hot Sauce<br> together in large saucepan. Add chicken; simmer 10 min. to blend flavors and heat through.

PLACE 1 lettuce leaf on each slider bun bottom and top with 2 pieces bacon, about 1/2 cup chicken mixture and 1 slice tomato. Cover with top half of bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

This is my first time commenting or rating on this site - I tried to give this recipe 4 stars but it posted as 3. And it deserves even more!! I made these sliders last night and they were absolutely fantastic. We omitted the bacon on some of them, and added sliced red onion and swiss cheese. I did have to improvise since my grocery store did not have Franks RedHot Thick and used the original cayenne sauce and the buffalo wing sauce instead, divided evenly. These are quick, easy and absolutely delicious!!
