SWEET CHILI CHICKEN SATAY

2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided
1/3 cup hot water
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into long stripsDIRECTIONS:
MIX peanut butter, 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce, water and soy sauce. Transfer to serving bowl.
ARRANGE chicken on metal skewers. Brush with remaining 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce.
GRILL chicken over medium heat on greased grill about 5 min. until cooked. Serve with peanut sauce.
Tip: Toss 1 lb. hot cooked linguine in peanut sauce and serve warm.
