2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce
1/3 cup hot water
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 tbsp. red wine vinegarDIRECTIONS:
MIX peanut butter, Sweet Chili Sauce, water, soy sauce and vinegar. Transfer to serving bowl.
SERVE as a dipping sauce with cut-up vegetables, grilled chicken and seafood, or chicken nuggets.
Tip: Toss 1 lb. hot cooked linguine in peanut sauce and serve warm. Add a little water to thin sauce if necessary.
