WESTERN EGG BURRITOS

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped boiled ham
1 cup each chopped bell pepper and onion
8 large eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese
6 burrito size flour tortillas, heated (10 inch)
DIRECTIONS:Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Cook ham, bell pepper and onion about 3 min. until tender. Add eggs and cook, stirring often until eggs are scrambled.
To make each burrito: Spoon 3/4 cup egg mixture across center of 1 tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and drizzle with 1 tbsp. Frank's RedHot Sauce. Slightly fold over both sides of tortilla. Fold bottom third of tortilla over filling. Roll up to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Heat tortillas in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (or in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes) until cheese melts and tortillas are heated. Splash on more RedHot to taste.
