Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 small green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Smokin' Sweet BBQ Wings Sauce

  1. HEAT grill on medium-high heat. Mix salt, pepper and garlic powder in small bowl; set aside. Alternately thread pork and vegetable chunks onto skewers. Brush with oil and sprinkle evenly with seasoning mixture.
  2. GRILL skewers 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is cooked through and vegetables are tender and lightly charred, brushing with Wings Sauce during last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve skewers with additional sauce on the side for dipping.

    Test Kitchen Tip: Using wood skewers? Soak in water at least 30 minutes before skewering pork and veggies to prevent burning on the grill.
