  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4.
  2. Place a large saucepan on a medium heat. Add the honey, butter and FRANK'S RedHot® Xtra Hot Sauce, cinnamon and salt and cook until melted.
  3. Stir through the peanuts and mix well to coat. Divide the nuts between two large roasting trays and scatter over the granulated sugar.
  4. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden. Shake the trays every 10 minutes to ensure they cook evenly.
