SPICY THAI TURKEY WRAP

INGREDIENTS:

2/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT THICK™ Cayenne Pepper Sauce

1/4 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce

1/4 cup minced cilantro leaves

8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

3 cups chopped bell pepper

3/4 cup chopped peanuts

6 burrito-size flour tortillas

1 lb. sliced deli turkey

6 cups baby spinach leaves

DIRECTIONS:

PLACE peanut butter, THICK Sauce, teriyaki sauce and cilantro in food processor; blend until smooth. Set aside.

MIX pineapple, bell pepper and peanuts in small bowl. Reserve.

SPREAD about 1/4 cup peanut sauce on each tortilla. Layer each tortilla with 5 slices turkey, 1 cup spinach leaves and 1/2 cup pineapple mixture. Roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve. Serve with extra Thick sauce on the side.

oops- I gave the above review- I forgot to mention that I did not have Teriaki sauce either and this still tasted great.

I like the taste of Thai food so this was yummy to me! I will make this again. It's so healthy too. I was lazy and did not put my sauce in a food processor. I just mixed it by hand. I only had Frank's original and not the thick and I had dried cilantro- It still worked out just fine.
