- Mint Yoghurt Sauce:
- 125 grams (5 ounces) Greek yoghurt
- 5 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 small clove garlic
- Salt and black pepper
- Zest of a lemon
- Salad:
- Rocket salad
- Iceberg lettuce, torn roughly
- 1 ripe tomato, roughly chopped
- 50 grams (2 ounces) cucumber, diced
- 25 grams (1 ounce) pomegranate seeds
