Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Ranch Seasoning Blend
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (12 count) sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls, or plain dinner rolls
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350F. Mix Seasoning Blend, mayonnaise and sour cream in large bowl until well blended. Stir in shredded chicken, set aside.
  2. REMOVE rolls from package but do not separate. Cut entire package of rolls in half horizontally, leaving bottom half slightly thicker than top half. Place bottom half of rolls in 13x9-inch baking dish, cut side up.
  3. SPREAD chicken mixture evenly over rolls in dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Place top half of rolls, cut side down, on top of cheese. Brush butter over rolls. Cover with foil. Bake 10 minutes; remove foil. Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.
