  1. POUR ¼ cup RedHot Sauce over fish. Marinate up to 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  2. COMBINE 1/4 cup RedHot Sauce, mayonnaise and lime juice. Stir in coleslaw mix and crispy fried onions.
  3. REMOVE fish from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or pan fry fish for 10 minutes or until done, turning once and brushing with remaining 1/4 cup RedHot sauce.
  4. BREAK fish into pieces. Serve fish in warm tortillas. Top with slaw and additional crispy fried onions.
