Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds (1 1/4 kilograms) chicken wings, split and tips discarded
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliters)
  • 1/3 cup (75 milliliters) melted butter

  1. PREHEAT oven to 450°F (230°C). Mix Chile ‘n Lime Sauce and butter in large bowl. Set aside.
  2. ARRANGE wings on large foil-lined pan. Bake on lowest oven rack 30 minutes or until crispy, turning once. 
  3. TOSS wings in sauce mixture to coat.
