Mix up Frank’s RedHot® Original Seasoning with melty cheddar cheese and smother crispy fries for an ooey-gooey, delicious dish. Top with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions for the perfect finish.
POUR oil into deep fryer or deep heavy skillet, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat on medium-high heat to 375°F (190°C). Fill fryer basket no more than half full of frozen fries. Carefully lower basket into hot oil.
FRY 4 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
MEANWHILE, whisk evaporated milk, cheese and Seasoning in medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.
SERVE cheese sauce over French fries. Top with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions, if desired.
