  1. PREHEAT broiler and place oven rack about 6 inches from heat. Place salmon, skin-side down, on large foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Drizzle salmon with honey and sprinkle evenly with RedHot Chile 'N Lime Seasoning, salt and pepper.
  2. BROIL salmon about 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and internal temperature reaches about 145°F. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
