directions
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix ground beef, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and milk in medium bowl, just until blended. Press ground beef mixture into bottom of 13x9-inch, smoothing to form an even, flat layer.
- BAKE 20 minutes. Remove from oven and drain off excess fat. Cool slightly. Using a large spatula, carefully slide whole beef patty onto clean cutting board. Set aside.
- MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sliced onion; cook, stirring frequently until softened and slightly caramelized, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- SLICE dinner rolls in half horizontally, making a giant hamburger bun (do not separate into individual rolls). Place bottom half of the rolls in 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle 1/3 cup of Frank's RedHot® Burger Squeeze Sauce evenly over cut side of rolls. Using a large spatula, transfer beef patty onto rolls. Layer with American cheese, caramelized onion, and desired toppings, such as cooked bacon, pickles, or sliced tomatoes. Drizzle with remaining 1/3 cup of Frank's RedHot® Burger Squeeze Sauce. Finish with top half of rolls. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- BAKE 10 to 15 minutes longer until cheese is melty and rolls are golden brown. Cut along perforations to separate into 12 sliders. Serve hot with additional Frank's RedHot® Burger Squeeze Sauce, if desired.
