  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients, except green onion, in large bowl. Spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Stir. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired, and serve with baked tortilla chips and/or celery and carrot sticks.
  3. Note: This reduced fat recipe contains only 2 grams of fat per serving, versus our Original Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe which contains 5 grams of fat per serving.
