  1. Preheat oven to 230°C.
  2. WHISK together rice flour, salt and garlic powder in large bowl. Add water and mix until smooth. Dip cauliflower pieces in batter, then place on greased baking sheet in single layer. Bake 20 minutes, turning halfway through, or until batter is crispy
  3. Meanwhile,MIX together hot sauce and coconut oil in large bowl. Add cauliflower and toss gently to coat. Return cauliflower to baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Serve with your favourite creamy dipping sauce.
