Ingredients

  • 1 pound (500 g) Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup (45 g) Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Medium Onion (grated
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsps (30 ml) Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Stubb’s® Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp (20 ml) Vegetable oil

directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil in medium bowl just until blended. Shape mixture into 8 even small patties (rissoles). Arrange in single layer on sheet pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Cook rissoles 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, green beans, or other veggies. Drizzle with extra RedHot Sauce. Sprinkle with extra chopped parsley.
  4. Kitchen Tip: Don’t have fresh parsley? Substitute with 2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes.
