Ingredients

  • 1 kilograms lean beef mince
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (400 g) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup (250 ml) water
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 cups crispy fried onions

  1. COOK and stir beef in a large non-stick pan over medium heat until browned; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  2. STIR in chilli powder, cumin, tomatoes, beans, water, RedHot Sauce and ½ cup crispy fried onion. Cover. Cook 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.
  3. To serve top chilli with remaining onions. If desired, serve with sour cream and shredded cheese.
