Ingredients

  • 16 ounces ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Korean BBQ Squeeze Hot Sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • Thinly sliced green onion
  • McCormick® Sesame Seed

directions

  1. COOK noodles as direction on package. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
  2. MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Season steak with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add to skillet; stir-fry just until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. DRAIN any excess oil from skillet. Add pepper, onion and cabbage to pan. Stir-fry 5 minutes, or until tender. Return steak to skillet. Add cooked noodles, RedHot Korean BBQ Squeeze Sauce and stock, tossing to mix well. Cook just until heated through and steak is desired doneness.
  4. DIVIDE noodles between 6 serving bowls. Top with sliced green onion and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with additional Korean BBQ Squeeze Sauce to serve.
