Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frank's RedHot® Mango Habanero Wings Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar, light
  • 4 each chicken thighs, skinless, trimmed
  • 2 each red bell peppers, grilled, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1 bunch green onions, grilled, cut into 2-inch lengthwise

directions

  1. COMBINE Frank's RedHot® Mango Habanero, McCormick® Caribbean Jerk Seasoning and light brown sugar in a small bowl. Whisk until fully incorporated, add chicken and let it marinade for 30 min.
  2. GRILL the chicken on medium heat, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, cut into 1-inch cubes.
  3. FOR one serving (2 skewers per serving) thread 3 pieces of grilled red peppers, 3 pieces of green onions and 3 pieces of chicken on a skewer. Use the leftover marinade as a glaze and serve immediately.
