  1. TOSS chicken with Frank's RedHot Sauce.
  2. LAYER chicken mixture with chips and cheese in baking dish or on pizza pan.
  3. BAKE in a preheated 180°C (160˚ C fan forced) oven until hot and cheese melts.
  4. Tip: Add ½ cup of the following to nachos along with chicken: chopped red capsicum, sliced sping onion, sliced black peppers or diced jalapeno peppers.
  5. Tip: For a change of pace, substitute chicken for 2 cups (500 g) diced prawns.
