Loaded nachos are ALWAYS a good idea. Especially when they’re piled high with Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce pulled chicken, cheese, your favourite toppings and an extra-generous drizzle of Frank’s RedHot at the finish.
LAYER chicken mixture with chips and cheese in baking dish or on pizza pan.
BAKE in a preheated 180°C (160˚ C fan forced) oven until hot and cheese melts.
Tip: Add ½ cup of the following to nachos along with chicken: chopped red capsicum, sliced sping onion, sliced black peppers or diced jalapeno peppers.
Tip: For a change of pace, substitute chicken for 2 cups (500 g) diced prawns.
