Snack attack! Coated with a generous helping of Frank’s RedHot® Original Seasoning Blend, these chickpeas bake up crispy and flavourful, ready for devouring by the handful.
2 cans (400 g each) chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried
1 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (20 g) FRANK'S REDHOT® ORIGINAL SEASONING

PREHEAT oven to 200°C. Toss chickpeas with oil and Seasoning Blend in medium bowl. Arrange chickpeas on foil lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
ROAST 40 to 45 minutes, stirring halfway through. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
