PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Mix panko and Seasoning Mix in a shallow dish. Moisten chicken with milk in a separate shallow dish. Coat chicken evenly with panko mixture. Discard any remaining panko and milk mixtures.
ARRANGE chicken in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Spray chicken lightly with no stick cooking spray.
BAKE 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning halfway through cook time.
