Your chicken tenders don't have to be bland. Spice 'em up with the zesty, fiery flavour of Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix. Coat with a blend of our spicy seasoning mix and panko for bold flavour and crispy crunch.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Mix panko and Seasoning Mix in a shallow dish. Moisten chicken with milk in a separate shallow dish. Coat chicken evenly with panko mixture. Discard any remaining panko and milk mixtures.
Arrange chicken in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch (38x26x3-cm) baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Spray chicken lightly with no stick cooking spray.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning halfway through cook time.
Test Kitchen Tip: If chicken tenders are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) wide strips.
