There’s only one thing better than a juicy cheeseburger patty – one that’s made with Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne. Plus bacon. (Always bacon.) Mix our cayenne pepper sauce right into the beef for a spicy burger sauce so good the backyard BBQ won't know what hit it.
MIX ground beef, RedHot Sauce and ketchup in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 6 patties.
GRILL over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF), brushing burgers with additional RedHot Sauce during last few minutes of cooking, if desired. Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed.
SERVE burgers on rolls topped with bacon and desired toppings.
